The Alaska Business Development Center’s philosophy revolves around providing direct hands-on, one on one consulting to Alaska small businesses and commercial fishers.

Basic services that are provided through ABDC include business plan development, cash flow planning/analysis, customized business workshops, financial institution presentation, loan application preparation, small business consulting, etc.

In addition to the variety of contracts ABDC holds and the clients that ABDC assists, the center also administers the following programs.
